Bimetallic Bearings

JBM-820

Steel with Lead-free Bronze Powder

JBM-820 product
PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Features & Benefits

The JBM-820 is an environmentally friendly bimetallic bearing featuring a steel backing and a sintered lead-free bronze lining (CuSn8Ni). Designed to handle high specific loads, it offers excellent fatigue strength, particularly under dynamic and shock loading conditions. The bearing surface is engineered with indentations or grooves that serve as grease reservoirs, allowing for extended lubrication intervals. It delivers superior performance in oscillating applications and is fully compliant with EC Directive 2000/53/EC regarding end-of-life vehicles.
