The JBM-80 is engineered for maintenance-free operation, demonstrating exceptional performance even without continuous lubrication under light-duty and low-speed conditions. Distinguished by its high PV capability at elevated temperatures, it operates effectively within a broad thermal range of -150℃ to +250℃. The material exhibits robust chemical resistance, zero water absorption, and high static and dynamic load capacities, making it suitable for a wide array of movements including rotating, oscillating, reciprocating, and sliding.

Layer Material Thickness Function
1 PEEK+PTFE mixture 0.30~0.50mm Provides high wear resistance and low friction even with minute quantities of lubricant. The surface features a pattern of circular indents designed to be filled with grease upon assembly.
2 Sintered bronze layer 0.20~0.35mm Ensures maximum thermal conductivity away from the bearing surface and serves as a mechanical anchor for the PEEK/PTFE mixture.
3 Steel backing Base Provides superior mechanical strength and exceptionally high load-carrying capacity.
