Metal-Polymer Composite Bearings

JBM-50MP

Steel Bronze Powder with PTFE/Fluoropolymer

JBM-50MP product
PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Features & Benefits

The JBM-50MP is specifically engineered for applications demanding precise dimensional control. Its thickened PTFE/Fluoropolymer sliding layer is designed to be machinable after assembly, allowing for the achievement of extremely tight tolerances without compromising the bearing's low-friction properties. Furthermore, the material matrix incorporates specialized high-temperature additives, ensuring reliable operation and durability even under elevated thermal conditions.

MATERIAL COMPOSITION

Structure

JBM-50MP structure
Layer Material Thickness Function
1 PTFE/Fluoropolymer mixture 0.05~0.10mm Provides dry bearing performance with a machinable layer designed to achieve tight tolerances post-assembly.
2 Sintered bronze powder 0.20-0.35mm Ensures maximum thermal conductivity away from the bearing surface and serves as a reservoir for the PTFE layer.
3 Low-carbon steel Base Delivers exceptionally high load-carrying capacity and excellent heat dissipation.
